- Vehicle is younger than 15 years
- Logbook is in your name (or jointly with a spouse)
- Vehicle is comprehensively insured (or insurable)
- Verifiable income from salary, business, rent or contract work
- Private cars, PSVs, taxis, vans and small commercials accepted
- CRB-listed applicants are still considered case-by-case
Cannot accept
- Imported vehicles awaiting NTSA registration
- Logbooks with active charges from another lender
- Salvage-title vehicles or write-offs
- Vehicles older than 15 years from year of manufacture
